The rally continues, New Highs all around
Markets make all time new highs again, volume is light and participation is low but we are at new highs. The action is consistent with topping action, that doesn’t mean they won’t go higher. Be patient and observe, trade with caution.
We don’t have the answers but there is certainly reason for concern. Inflation is hot, people are spending more than they are making and the FED is clueless.
This rally will eventually end with a thud, the gaps in stocks is reminiscent of the 90’s. Those who fought it then got carried out. We know it will end, but trying to figure out when is a fools game.
THE FREE MARKETS MUST TRADE FREE
As traders and investors, we have one thing to remember, follow the trend of the market. Be patient disciplined and leave your emotions out. The most important thing to remember is money management and self-control.
