Markets exploding higher, New Highs coming?

Markets exploding higher, are new highs coming? The odds that we get this close and don’t make new highs is rare. They should at least print new highs.

In the meantime there is no volume or real price action. My best advice is to manage open trades and if you add new ones use high probability ones only.

Roll open SPY, QQQ, and IWM to Wednesday
