Markets quietly higher, FOMC tomorrow

Markets quietly higher, FOMC tomorrow. It seems we are always waiting for some news item to break these markets out of congestion.

Although the rally continues, the action suggests this is not a healthy market. We have open positions and will be patient before getting aggressive.
