Thankfully, the Democratic National Convention is finally over. The last four nights we have laid witness to a hate fest for President Donald Trump. Speech after speech was about the negatives that could be created around Pres. Trump. The DNC was the culmination of the last 3 ½ years.

I am still sitting by my TV waiting to hear the plans of the left; Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden did not tell me what they are going to do for the American people or how they plan to  do it. I suppose I can now just wait for the networks to sign off, see the national anthem and move on. Obviously, no explanation is forthcoming.

There is something special about the new left which only the extremely wealthy and extremely poor seem to love. Either you have made all your money, sheltered it and want to show how benevolent you can be with other people’s money or you want to sit home in front of the TV set collecting benefits.

Apparently, we are no longer the nation that works, but have become a nation of what can we get for free. What can the government do for me? We are no longer the country as followers of the words of JFK “Ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.” We are now: ask not what you can do for your country but what your country can do for you!

At least the DNC has kept their message consistent: bash Pres. Trump, hate Pres. Trump and do anything to get him out of office. It’s important that they finish this four-year term doing absolutely nothing but taking away hard-earned money from the American people to support their idiotic fight.

The truth is simple. The left knows it has very little chance to win the election, which is why they put up a loser ticket anyway. The ticket is very similar to the ’08 Republican ticket of McCain and Palin. This fight is another couple of months to run and then we will find out what the next four years holds for America.

In the meantime, get out there and vote, it does not matter who you vote for as long as you do it. America is still free and we have the right to vote, don’t waste it.
